Job Description
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA, Engineering, or Digital Transformation related)
Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT, Digital Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or related domains
- 4+ years leading global or regional technology deployments
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with IT/OT integration
Technical & Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies:

- MES, MOM systems
- IIoT platforms & edge devices
- Data analytics, cloud & edge computing
- Automation, PLCs, SCADA (working knowledge)

- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles for industrial environments (e.g., IEC 62443)
- Experience with global system integrators and industrial technology vendors
