Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and people‑focused Intake Specialist who will serve as a key first point of contact for prospective clients. This role plays a vital part in ensuring every new inquiry is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency while supporting the broader legal intake process. The Intake Specialist will spend their day managing inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and facilitating the smooth delivery of agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is naturally polite, confident on the phone, and able to follow instructions with consistency. The ideal candidate enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and takes pride in delivering a positive experience with every interaction.
• Monthly Compensation Range: 1,142 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members
• Send agreements to prospective new clients according to internal procedures
• Collect and document accurate intake information
• Use proprietary software tools to support the intake process
• Update and maintain client information within the CRM system
• Follow up on new leads in a timely and professional manner
• Handle inbound and outbound intake calls with prospective new clients
• Ensure all steps of the intake process are completed accurately
Requirements:
• Bilingual verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone presence with a polite and professional demeanor
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Professional written communication skills
• Confidence interacting with prospective new clients
• Time management and task prioritization
• Adaptability when learning new tools and processes
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Expected call volumes: 16-30 calls daily
