■ 仕事内容
工場・商業施設・オフィスビルなどに導入されている大型ターボ冷凍機・空調機のメンテナンス業務をご担当いただきます。
トレイン製品は多くがカスタマイズ仕様で、設備の状態を見極めながら最適な方法を判断する“技術者としての裁量”が求められるポジションです。

 

＜具体的には＞
・定期点検・保守作業
・故障診断・修理対応（原因分析・改善提案を含む）
・機器の分解・組立・精密調整
・制御システムの設定・動作確認
・お客様への技術説明、改善提案、報告書作成
・若手メンバーへの技術指導（経験に応じて）

・空調設備、冷凍機、ボイラー、チラーなどの保守経験
・機械／電気／制御の基礎知識
・フィールドエンジニアやサービスエンジニアの実務経験
・故障対応・トラブルシューティングスキル
・図面・回路図の読解スキル

 

※いずれか一つでも経験があれば活かせます。

 

■ 応募資格
【必須】
・機械・電気・空調・設備・ITなど、いずれかの技術分野での実務経験
・課題に対して自ら考え、解決に向けて行動できる方
・お客様とのコミュニケーションが円滑にできる方
・安全に配慮した作業ができる方

 

【歓迎】
・冷凍機械責任者、電気工事士、ボイラー技士などの資格
・大型設備の保守経験
・若手育成・現場リーダー経験
・トラブルシューティングが得意な方
・多様な設備・カスタマイズ製品に関心のある方

 

【資格】
第一種運転免許普通自動車　必須
