We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to support our Change and Capability team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both capability development and change management for supply chain areas in fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your role:

Training Material Development Support

  • Support the preparation of training materials based on inputs provided by BPEs and the Change/Capability team.

  • Consolidate content from different contributors into consistent and ready-to-use training packs.

Training Deployment Coordination

  • Support the operational organization of training sessions.

  • Coordinate with trainers to collect updated materials and ensure readiness for sessions.

Training Repository & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and organize the central repository of training materials.

Training Data & Feedback Tracking

  • Support the tracking of training participation and completion.

  • Consolidate feedback from participants.

  • Maintain simple dashboards or trackers for training deployment status.

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Identify improvement opportunities in training materials.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (preferably MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field with an interest in learning and transformational projects.

  • Previous experience in training, instructional design, learning management systems (LMS) is preferred

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software/tools.

  • Familiarity with multimedia tools for creating engaging training materials.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and create training materials.

  • Open-minded with a “think outside the box” mindset.

  • Approachable, flexible, and easy to work with.

  • Proactive and takes initiative to drive tasks forward.

  • Action-driven with a pragmatic attitude to get things done.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Possesses a structural mindset with strong planning and execution skills.

  • Excellent coordination capabilities and attention to detail.

  • Strong logistics management and organizational skills.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.

Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours. Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net. Paid holidays per internship term.
