Data Integration Specialist

This position is responsible for uploading and organizing PDF files within the Project Zikaron platform. It includes organizing each page by adding labels, folders, and IDs so everything is easily locatable. The position ensures keeping digital organized, and easy to search. This is a limited term position.

• Uploads and systematically maps PDFs of individual pages within the Project Zikaron platform
• Assigning hierarchical tags, file paths, and collection identifiers
• Uploading and optimizing full-volume PDFs

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of digitization experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of Hebrew and Yiddish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, & Outlook

Working Conditions

• Extensive use of computers.
• Extensive time sitting and standing.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
