Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for service lines including Tax, Assurance, Consulting, and Managed Services.
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting on revenue, utilization, realization, pipeline, and key operational KPIs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of service line data across multiple systems and sources.
- Support the definition, standardization, and documentation of KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic.
- Collaborate with data engineering and finance teams to validate, reconcile, and align data.
- Partner with service line leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver analytics aligned to strategic priorities.
- Communicate insights and analytical findings effectively to non-technical audiences to support decision-making.
- Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking to identify key drivers of revenue, margins, utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, enhance dashboards, and improve data workflows while promoting best practices in data, BI, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree mandate in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or reporting roles.
- Proven experience working with business performance data, including revenue, utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience handling large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with the capability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
