Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance FP&A reporting packages, including dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Translate business requirements into automated and scalable reporting solutions to improve efficiency and usability.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and reconciliation across financial and operational systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to reconcile data and maintain alignment across multiple sources.
  • Maintain and document data definitions, KPIs, and reporting standards to ensure governance and consistency.
  • Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support effective communication of insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Perform trend, variance, and performance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in developing financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and analysis of revenue, cost, and profitability drivers.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, while contributing to enhancements in reporting tools and adoption of analytics best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandate in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, or data analytics roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, planning processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Databricks, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
