A DAY IN THE LIFE:
We’re looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator based in Ghent, to support our dynamic sales and marketing teams. In this versatile role, you’ll handle everything from onboarding new sales hires and coordinating events to managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless cross-departmental collaboration.If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and love being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
What You're Day Will Look Like:
- Process purchase orders, contracts, and third-party event requests
- Organise logistics for sales training sessions, team meetings, and marketing events
- Provide hands-on administrative support to brand operations and sales leadership
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners and vendors
- Track and report departmental budgets in collaboration with Finance
- Manage demo inventory (e.g. Tandem demo pump pool), track shipments, and update CRM systems
- Document key activities in the CRM, following QA/RA guidelines
- Continuously improve systems and recommend process enhancements
You're Awesome At:
- Experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative support role
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for teamwork
Extra Awesome:
- Have experience supporting senior leadership or multiple teams
- Enjoy planning and facilitating team workshops or kick-offs
- Are familiar with CRM systems and budget tracking tools

This is a Hybrid role with flexibility to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
Salary Mid Range 50,000 Euros + 10% Bonus
