Seasonal Pool Host - Spanish Hills Club

Camaraderie Clubs, a management company started by the Co-Founder and former CEO of Travis Mathew, is looking to redefine the landscape of Country Club Membership for the next generation of Club Member. We own two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club.

We work in a very collaborative team environment where our process culture of “Plan, Communicate, Track, Evaluate & Adjust” is applied to every decision our team makes, so that we can succeed as a team. It’s an exciting time to join our clubs and we are currently seeking a Seasonal Pool Host to join our team at Spanish Hills Club.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk from one place to another inside the property
• Must have the ability to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry
• Flexibility of hours :: Full Availability - must be willing to work weekends, holidays, nights
• Must be able to handle outside work environment
• Basic computer and touch screen
• Must be able to handle last minute changes in a daily routine
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Warmly greet guests immediately upon entering. Seat guests as assigned and distribute appropriate menu.
• Answer phone calls; provide accurate and detailed information regarding restaurant/club operation.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all service areas in accordance with departmental procedures.
• Work quickly and safely at all times.
• Maintain and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Be familiar with the club’s services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Actively participates in Safety Programs and abides by all injury reporting and safety behavior requirements.
• Participate in and support club efforts towards community service, sustainability and environmental initiatives.

The Pool Host will be required to execute other duties not listed above as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
