Camaraderie Clubs, a brand-new management company started by the Co-Founder and former CEO of Travis Mathew, is looking to redefine the landscape of Country Club Membership for the next generation of Club Member. We own two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club.

It’s an exciting time to join our clubs and we are currently seeking a Bartender to join our team at Spanish Hills Club!
How You Will Make a Difference
As the Bartender you prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while creating an environment, through your cocktails and service for our guest to enjoy a special event or special evening out.
How you will do it
- Demonstrate a knowledge and skill of mixology
- Communicate a current knowledge of cocktail trends to guests
- Entertain our guests as a well-versed professional in artisan and craft cocktail creations
- Ensure consistent beverage quality
- Takes food (chef inspired small plates) and beverage orders from guests via POS system
- Follows all sanitation and safety policies
- Maintains the bar ensuring it remains stocked throughout the shift
- Prepares all bases and garnishes for alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- Maintains a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately
- Maintains valid state and local alcohol and server certifications
- Advise General Manager of any non-routine situations
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Skills for Success
- Passion for Bartending and creating an amazing bar experience –Minimum of 2-3 years of bartending by being current with cocktail trends, well-versed in artisan and craft cocktail creations. The show is just as important as the taste.
- Outstanding hospitality/customer service skills – Comfortable striking up a conversation with all guests, assisting them where needed and ensuring they are satisfied throughout their stay
- Knowledge and background of a cocktail program –2-3 years of running a cocktail program with proof of concept and success.
- Amazing and Upbeat Personality. How we make our guests feel each visit is just as important as the taste.
- Must be 21 years old
- California ABC RBS Certification
