About the Role:

As a New Team Member at Atomic Golf, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences within the hospitality, tourism, and recreation industry. Your primary focus will be to engage with guests, ensuring their visit is enjoyable, seamless, and memorable. You will collaborate closely with other team members to maintain a welcoming and safe environment, supporting daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the venue. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic customer service experience in a hospitality or recreation setting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a golf or recreational facility.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • First aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously, providing information about services and facilities.
  • Support daily operational tasks including equipment preparation, maintenance, and cleanliness of the venue.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination of activities and events.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
