DePuy-Synthes, part of the Medical Devices sector within Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Project Manager, Supply Chain as part of the Trauma & Extremities Supply Chain Strategy, Innovation and Deployment (SI&D) team, to be located in Zuchwil, Switzerland.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring implementation and flawless execution of Trauma & Extremities Supply Chain initiatives and projects. This individual will be a key participant in the development and deployment of a new DePuy Synthes Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams in the actual implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives.
Ensure effective Project Management of all key strategic projects – with appropriate process controls, metrics, and stakeholder updates. Partner closely with SMEs and workstream / project leads to ensure planning and tracking is in place for all projects.
Manage initiatives effectively, timely, and on budget while minimizing any impact to base business, customer service and employee engagement.
Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes.
Develop and revise project plans, work with stakeholders to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
Keep manager and key project stakeholders updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project.
Ensure local change management and commitment to the project goals is in place at each impacted site and function.
Sets the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field highly preferred; Advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA a plus
A minimum of 5 years of related experience required
Project management experience required
Working knowledge of Medical Device system requirements
Experience in the implementation of product lifecycle changes
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and determining appropriate risks required
Up to 10% of travel both domestically and internationally is required
