Safely load trailers in an even and productive fashion
Ability to understand and operate handheld computer and scanning devices for SAP that is used for all aspects of warehouse operations
Use of ERP system called SAP - Responsible to enter and review the proper SAP Batch which will include the 8-digit material number, the SAP lot code, the amount of bags, the SU number, perform the put away by SU Number to predetermined location based on strategies
Storage practices to include First In/First Out (FIFO) – Rotate stock to ensure “First In/ First Out” requirements are properly executed for the shipping of manufactured goods.
Maintain cleanliness of entire warehouse and practice safe food handling procedures by learning and practicing American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards for warehouse sanitation
Correctly select, palletize, and shrink wrap customers’ orders preparing them for delivery.
Use of the production schedule. Be aware and follow the production schedule list to ensure proper pallets are used and all other relevant information.
Support the Circle of Excellence and the Dawn Philosophy of Team Dawn
Adhere to GMP, Food Safety, International Food Standards (IFS)
Work closely with other warehouse team members performing the same job function.
Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein
