Pull kits and components from stockroom and SMT Kanban (SKB) as needed
Read, understand, and follow SMT setup procedures and Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI)
Identify correct setup requirements, including table, feeder size, tape size, feeder position, and table location
Perform new job setups by:
Verify setup accuracy, including:
Break down setups after production; clean and return materials to SKB and stockroom
Print and maintain required documentation (SMT, SMTQA MPI, AVL) for each job
Track setup data using SMT touchscreen systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, feeders, and work areas
Receive, verify, store, and organize parts within SKB
Report discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor or Support Engineer
