Circle K Business Centre is a shared service center which supports Circle K Europe operations through a wide range of services within Finance & Control, Information Technologies, Human Resources, Transport Fuel and Customer Service.

Your responsibilities:
Overseeing the reception desk and soft services
Ensuring office security by adhering to security procedures and controlling access through the reception desk
Handling office administration
Ensuring the smooth flow of documents
Providing administrative support to employees and colleagues
Assessing needs and ordering office supplies and food items
Collaborating with the accounting department on invoice processing
Performing administrative tasks for the Facility Manager
Managing the mobile phone fleet
Organizing meetings and events
Conducting onboarding for new employees
Ensuring the proper flow of information and documentation
Ensuring that common areas in the office are tidy and properly maintained
Our requirements:
Proven work experience as an Administration Specialist or similar role
Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other Corporate Apps (e.g. Teams, Slack)
Very good communication and interpersonal skills, customer service attitude
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
