Achieve optimal Utility system operational efficiency by developing & maintaining the utility systems.
Maintain Electrical/Mechanical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures scheduling repairs, and coordinating shut-downs and installations.
Provide Electrical/Mechanical engineering recommendations and technical support on engineering reviews and projects.
Analysis of all Utilities operation to run as on Optimum efficiency, analysis of daily Utility generation, consumption & control cost of Utilities generation.
Explore & implement energy saving aspects in the existing operation system.
Maintaining optimum stock of critical spares at all time.
Ensure zero breakdown, root cause analysis of breakdowns, Eliminate repetitive maintenance issues & modification activities as to ease the operation.
Planning & execution of shutdown jobs as per plan requirement.
Manage a team of Electricians & Technicians & groom them for effective operation & maintenance.
Coordination with vendors for timely completion of maintenance activities.
Develop preventive / predictive maintenance schedules for all electrical/Mechanical equipment to optimize the downtime and efficiency and coordinate the team to strict adherence to the plan.
