Coordinate with engineering, estimation, project management, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely material availability.
Monitor procurement schedules, expedite critical materials, and follow up on manufacturing progress, inspections, logistics, customs clearance, and site deliveries.
Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, procurement tracking reports, and supplier performance evaluations within ERP/SAP systems.
Analyze market trends, pricing movements, and procurement KPIs to support strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.
Participate in supplier meetings, factory visits, technical clarifications, and vendor development programs to improve procurement performance.
Mentor and support junior procurement engineers and procurement coordinators when required.
