Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, including hazard identification, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
Develop and monitor KPIs to track EHS performance, providing transparent reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Establish and maintain a robust global EHS governance framework, ensuring consistent policies, reporting, and accountability.
Act as a strategic advisor on emerging EHS issues, regulatory changes, and sustainability trends, assessing potential business risks and opportunities.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to build awareness and competence in EHS practices.
Ensure appropriate governance, reporting, and documentation systems are in place to demonstrate compliance and performance to external and internal stakeholders.
Play a key role in the company’s Business Continuity and Crisis Management framework, ensuring that EHS-related risks are integrated into continuity planning and emergency preparedness.
