Job Overview

Highlands College is looking for a Quality Support Officer to join our small but busy Quality Team. This department has oversight of quality assurance across the college, and your main role will be to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support across a wide range of functions, including archiving of student files. You will be interacting with stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organisation, so if you have experience of working in a customer-focused environment, have excellent administration and filing skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications we would love to hear from you.

This role requires you to be able to lift archiving boxes.
