Service Coordinator (Equipment Support)
Hillyard, Inc. is currently hiring a Service Coordinator to join our Service team in Hutchinson, MN.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or equipment repair support.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and enter customer service calls into the company system for dispatch
- Communicate directly with customers and service technicians regarding repairs and scheduling
- Monitor open service orders and repair progress to ensure timely completion
- Assist technicians with service estimates and repair documentation
- Help schedule preventative maintenance and recurring service appointments
- Collaborate with the Service Team to keep operations running efficiently
- Provide excellent customer support while helping solve service-related issues
What You Bring:
- Experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, customers, and leadership
- Experience supporting equipment repair or service operations is a plus
