Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)
Manage order processing in ERP systems(iScala) from order acceptance to invoicing
Handle logistic ensure contract fulfillment
Monitor backlog and work-in-progress (WIP) to maintain delivery performance and cost accuracy
Coordinate delivery schedules, shipping documentation, and local delivery processes
Provide customers with order status updates and delivery date communication
Coordinate FAT schedules and related customer communication
Handle customer claims and support issue resolution with internal stakeholders
Prepare operational reports including delivery, cost, and inventory updates
Requirements / Qualification
3+ years of relevant experience in order management, order execution, or related operational roles
Experience in Marine, Diesel, or industrial business preferred
Experience working with ERP systems and order management processes
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in English (verbal and written) preferred
