Contribute to the culture of Zero Harm by participating in and contributing to operational safety campaigns, applying relevant legislative, operational and safe work standards and regulations and, instituting and monitoring appropriate remedial actions as required
Develop and foster relationships within the team while ensuring discipline is maintained
Timely and effective execution of equipment condition monitoring and planned maintenance activities
Repairing, maintenance and construction of MCC’s, MV substations, crushers, conveyors, MV overhead lines, Boilers, motors, new equipment installations and general maintenance in and around the Metallurgical- and Backfill Plant
Attend to breakdowns and do appropriate root cause analysis and diagnostics
Be willing to work shifts, overtime and perform standby duties when required
