Partner with system owners and stakeholders to maintain core People processes and system functionality.
Provide troubleshooting, user support, and resolution of system issues with minimal disruption to People operations.
Assist support partner in system releases and updates, assessing impact on existing configurations and business processes, conduct user acceptance testing on all upgrades implemented.
Develop and deliver People operational reports.
Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for People teams and end users.
Involved in support ticket resolution, user training, and system adoption initiatives.
Monitor data integrity, system performance, and user adoption.
Work closely with the People Transformation team to ensure alignment between business as usual and transformation activities.
Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and SOX control requirements while providing functional support and user guidance.
