Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is an integral member of the Marketing team tasked with delivering support, coordination, and execution of the marketing vision for all Chartwell properties, including new developments and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in these areas: advertising, branding, and digital marketing. They must be an organized multitasker able to handle diverse projects at once, meet tight deadlines and deliver a high level of customer service. Day to day, they may draft reports, create, or coordinate projects, track results, build relationships with the sales team, and otherwise support all marketing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will also play an important collaborative role with the Marketing and Communications team, including accountability for supporting occupancy results.
