WHAT YOU WILL DO

The overall purpose of this position is responsible for working with the Manager on the development and ongoing management of service business and vehicle service maintenance initiatives, and to drive the introduction of new technologies, products and programs that will generate growth and support an improved profitability for our dealers and our organization. In this role, the Analyst also serves as the key point of contact and primary reporting support for the Aftersales Field Team, working closely with Assistant Zone Managers – Aftersales to build, enhance, maintain, and deliver monthly Field Team reports.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

• Manage and coordinate the review of Owner’s Manuals, Warranty Booklets, and Service Passport materials, in coordination with Product Planning, Quality Assurance, & Warranty teams.Maintain the internal database of service maintenance data for all Hyundai and Genesis vehicle lines, including annual updates to Suggested Maintenance Service Pricing and Genesis Complimentary Service Packages.Publish all manuals and service maintenance data on Hyundai Canada website.
• Produce, maintain, and enhance monthly Aftersales Field Team reports, including Service Scorecard, Parts & Accessories Scorecard, Recall Report, and District Aftersales Manager Contact reporting..
• Produce and distribute the weekly Aftersales Field Newsletter, capturing newly released Technical and Service Bulletins and maintaining links to weekly and monthly field reports.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for digital display initiatives, including vendor and dealer support as required..
• Provide administrative and coordination support for the Hyundai Dealership uniform program.
• Assist with the operation, the maintenance and the support of the electronic pre-delivery inspection applications.
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors for system validation activities and operational process setup related to service programs and reporting..
• Support the development of procedures and programs to improve service process in dealership.
• Support departmental administrative activities, including budget tracking, purchase requests, orders, and invoice processing
• Coordinate and publish Technical and Service publications (TSB’s/Tech Tips/Service bulletins).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in same or similar function with automotive service experience being desirable.
  • Knowledge of dealer/field operations and vehicle service maintenance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to build, interpret, and refine dashboards and reports is an asset.
  • Excellent project/time organization and planning skills.
  • Customer focused / Service Oriented.
  • Bilingual in English and French (verbally and written) is highly desirable
