WHAT YOU WILL DO
- This role sits at the center of Hyundai and Genesis’ dealer performance strategy, translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger dealership operations, and sustainable profitability across the network. As a leader in Dealer Network Performance Analytics, you will shape how performance is measured, understood, and improved—partnering closely with executives, field leaders, and dealers to uncover opportunities, influence strategy, and elevate overall retail performance.
- The position combines deep financial acumen with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration. You will own the analytical view of dealership financial health, lead the evolution of reporting and insight generation, and ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners. Your work will directly inform executive decision-making, support dealer success, and help define the future of how Hyundai and Genesis manage, benchmark, and enhance dealer network performance.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Evaluate Hyundai and Genesis dealer sales, service, and marketing performance through financial statement analysis.
- Make recommendations to Executives and Senior Management on dealer performance changes and the impact of company initiatives on sales, service, marketing, and profitability.
- Measure dealer performance against industry norms including NCM, NADA, Hyundai/Genesis 20 Group benchmarks, and other published statistics.
- Conduct financial analytics training to strengthen field personnel consultative skills in business management and financial statements.
- Develop and implement field training on Hyundai and Genesis ICON digital financial analysis software.
- Lead the Hyundai Dealer Profit Opportunity Program (DPOP) and Genesis Retailer Profit Opportunity Program (RPOP), partnering with field staff to develop strategies, track dealer performance, and report progress to executive management.
- Develop KPIs, manage the Rainmaker database, and create regional and group composites to compare dealer performance.
- Formulate composite reports for Executive Management, DND Strategy Team, and Field personnel.
- Utilize visualization and AI tools to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate dealer financial statement reporting and assist regions to meet submission deadlines.
- Set dealer performance and financial/capital standards and recommend updates to performance and capital guides.
- Support DND Steering Committee and NAMAD meetings through data analysis, presentations, and executive recommendations.
- Review dealer financial statement formats, develop ICON report templates and user manuals, consult with DMS providers and advisory groups, update accounting manuals, support SAP and ICON reporting, resolve dealer issues within policy, and clearly communicate analyses and decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree a plus.
- Eight or more years of automotive experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with prior dealer contact experience, in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, and ability to work with spreadsheets and other analytical tools.
- Experience with complex analytics desired, ex. Sales planning, financial planning, performance analysis and reporting, etc.
- Prior dealer contact experience as DSM, DPSM or field staff manager strongly recommended.
- Supervisory experience is preferred. dealer contact experience, in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, and ability to work with spreadsheets and other analytical tools.
- Experience with visualization tools (such as Power BI/Tableau) or AI tools (such as Co-Pilot) is strongly preferred.

- Compensation Range: $114,800.00 - $164,000.00 annual base salary
