Primary responsibilities initially will be day-to-day technical support of warehouse management systems and automation control systems
Identifies potential issues, recommend solutions, escalate to appropriate level, seeks advice and guidance from within/external to organization- Secondary responsibilities include assisting with design & implementation of WMS/OM/B2B system solutions including process/system design, system & data set-up and configuration, user training, testing, go-live support, and continuous improvement- Works through all phases of the SDLC including, but not limited to, leading focus groups and workshops to discuss requirements, articulate business processes and creating business requirement documents that meet the strategic needs of the supply chain initiatives
Analyzes customer and business partner requirements to understand and apply systems implementation concepts and principles to effectively implement and support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and transportation systems
Participate in integration meetings with clients to determine system requirements and specifications relative to integration mapping and product configuration
Translates client/business requirements into system requirements, technical specifications, and logical data mappings for integration
Partners with technical subject matter experts to develop the detailed technical process flow, business, architecture, integration requirements, and decision points for business systems solutions (WMS, OMS, B2B integration, etc...)
