- Proven success in managing multi-country sales operations
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory environments.
- Experience working with dealer networks and retail channels.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
