Performing validation checks, analysing commission discrepancies, aged accruals, clawbacks, and payment variances, while supporting issue resolution and control reviews
Preparing recurring reports, dashboards, and commercial analysis to provide insights on channel performance, cost of acquisition, retention costs, and customer profitability
Supporting audits, reconciliations, governance reviews, and maintenance of documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness
Driving process improvement initiatives through automation, standardisation, and adoption of new tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
Supporting project implementation, testing, process transitions, and stabilisation activities to ensure smooth operational delivery
Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality financial and commercial support
Performing any other duties as assigned by management to support evolving business needs
