Job Description

  • Lead commission governance and financial performance activities including budgeting, forecasting, accrual management, variance analysis, and month-end reporting across channels and product lines
  • Deliver commercial insights and financial analysis to support decision-making on commission plans, channel strategies, customer profitability, and business performance outcomes
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of commission calculations, reconciliations, controls, and audit readiness while minimising financial risk and operational discrepancies
  • Manage commission systems, data validation, and reporting processes to maintain reliable financial information, process documentation, and operational consistency
  • Drive offshore service delivery excellence through SLA management, process standardisation, automation initiatives, and operational optimisation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Payroll, HR, and operational stakeholders to resolve commission-related queries, provide reporting insights, and support business priorities
  • Support continuous improvement, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives by contributing to process automation, testing activities, and scalable reporting solutions
