Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in in cost management, financial oversight, and project budget management, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, or related industries
Strong technical knowledge & experience in quantity surveying duties, cost & finance management in major projects.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment of financial goals.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to audit, validate, and ensure that all costs are accurately tracked and managed throughout the project
Expertise in civil and structural engineering, architecture, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), and interior fitout pricing is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Microsoft Excel
