Manage audit and compliance activities including interim and year-end audit support, audit schedule preparation, and timely resolution of auditor queries
Oversee team coordination, operational workload management, and escalation handling while providing guidance and support on Opex-related matters
Promote continuous improvement and operational resilience by driving automation initiatives, maintaining process documentation, and ensuring knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team
