Back to jobsTertiary, Trade Certificate or TAFE qualification in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
At least 3 years of recent telecommunications experience in internal and external plant building and construction activities.
Proven experience in coordinating contractors in a commercial environment.
Strong understanding of financial processes such as budgets and project cost analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
A current driver’s licence.
Self-motivation with a strong desire to achieve results, excellent consultative and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of change management principles, including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk identification and mitigation, and the effective implementation of change initiatives.
Strong understanding of fibre optic design, including network planning, routing, and infrastructure requirements.
Demonstrated capability in contractor management, including coordination, performance oversight, and ensuring compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards.
Proven project management expertise, with the ability to deliver outcomes efficiently, on schedule, and within defined scope.
