CITITRENDS is seeking an IS Application Support Analyst I – Supply Chain to support our Distribution Center technology operations and enterprise supply chain systems.
This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day functionality of warehouse and transportation applications that drive operational efficiency across our Distribution Centers. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within Information Systems, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Summary
The IS Application Support Analyst I – Supply Chain is an entry-level technology role responsible for supporting Distribution Center applications and systems including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), and related operational technologies.
This role partners closely with internal IT teams, Distribution Center leadership, and end users to troubleshoot issues, support system functionality, assist with testing and upgrades, and help ensure operational continuity across supply chain environments.
Duties & Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of Distribution Center systems including WMS, TMS, and LMS platforms

Perform initial troubleshooting and issue resolution while escalating complex issues as appropriate

Monitor system alerts, application notifications, and operational performance

Assist with data validation, reporting, and system audits

Participate in system testing, implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives

Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support materials

Provide end-user support and basic system training to operational teams

Partner cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and external vendors as needed

Participate in on-call support rotation, including evenings and weekends as required

Travel on an as-needed basis to support Distribution Center operations
Required Skills & Abilities

Strong interest in Information Systems, application support, or supply chain technology

Basic troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow documented procedures and processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting functions

Willingness to learn enterprise retail and supply chain systems
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

1–3 years of related experience preferred

Exposure to retail, warehouse, or supply chain systems is a plus
