who will be primarily working on small to large, complex projects that require increased skills in multiple technical environments and knowledge of a specific business area; work closely with Business Analysts, Software Engineers and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; responsible for working on data engineering pipelines, data modelling, analytics and also involved in major support issues. Up to 50% of time may be spent on support activities. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build and manage scalable data pipelines and architectures. Develop data models, databases, and analytics solutions. Integrate and transform data from multiple enterprise sources. Deliver end‑to‑end data solutions from design to production. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable insights and ML. Utilize cloud (GCP) and big data technologies to drive solutions. Support deployments, optimization, and production stability. Skills/Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data Engineering or a related quantitative field Minimum 3 years of analytics, data engineering, or related IT experience, including: Minimum 3 years of experience with programming languages like SQL and Python. Minimum 2 years of experience in building and operationalizing large-scale enterprise data solutions and applications, with the ability to build production data pipelines from data ingestion to consumption within a hybrid big data architecture. Minimum 1 year of experience in Reporting, Data Analytics and building data pipelines Minimum 6-12 months of experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Code repositories like Gitlab, GitHub, etc. and deployment tools like Cloud Build or Gitlab Runners. Experience in any cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, etc., with preference to GCP. Basic understanding of technical environment, including technical area development and architecture of SAP Preferred Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes preferred. Experience in medallion architecture with Google Cortex framework preferred. Experience in BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Cloud Pub/Sub, PySpark, Cloud Dataproc, Cloud Dataflow, Terraform, Hadoop, Hive, Apache Spark, Cloud Spanner, Cloud SQL and Data Fusion preferred Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
