What will you be doing?
- Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to key customers, including troubleshooting, product recommendations, and application guidance.
- Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our product portfolio and its applications in customer processes.
- Field Visits: Conduct on-site visits to support product trials, installations, and performance evaluations.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose technical issues and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to deliver solutions.
- Training & Education: Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze performance data to optimize product usage and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to develop tailored solutions for customer needs.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on trials, technical findings, and recommendations.
