Back to jobs10 or more years of direct, hands-on investment experience — family office, endowment, foundation, OCIO, or institutional investment management background strongly preferred
Deep expertise in manager research and due diligence across multiple asset classes — demonstrated track record of manager selection and ongoing oversight
Strong analytical and quantitative skills — ability to evaluate investment strategies, performance attribution, risk metrics, and portfolio construction independently
Familiarity with both liquid and illiquid asset classes including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real assets, and alternatives
Experience managing external manager relationships and investment advisory firm oversight
CFA designation or equivalent preferred
Undergraduate degree required — advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — ability to present complex investment concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and family principals
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism — experience operating in a family office or high-trust principal environment strongly valued
