Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma and two years of customer service experience are required. 

Preferred Qualifications: A four year business degree and two years of customer service experience in a high volume manufacturing based customer service facility. 

COMPETENCIES:

1. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
2. Proficient computer skills in use of standard office software. Demonstrated ability to learn industry specific software and ability to create spreadsheets for analysis and tracking of various information. Negotiation skills a must for conflict resolution.
3. Ability to interpret customer requests and relate to specific parts.
4. Demonstrated planning and organizing, skills. Proven record of controlling parallel and multiple tasks and projects.
5. Must be creative, have excellent analytical skills, possess high personal performance standards and be comfortable operating in a fast paced environment.
6. Ability to verbally communicate with customers telephonically using standard business English and acceptable grammar.
7. Mathematical Skills: Understand and perform business mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, ratios, discounts, multipliers, and data interpretation. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
8. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with some standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills: Proficient in the use of business software and computer hardware. Experience in utilizing different software applications.
