Develops a detailed understanding of the process flow sheets and operation of the New Britannia and Stall mill concentrators.
Provides metallurgical guidance to the operations department on circuit operating strategy and plant operating parameters, informed by robust data and/or test work.
Identification and subsequent troubleshooting of plant performance issues, self-identifying corrective actions to address gap to target performance metrics.
Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities, actively seeking opportunities for increased free cash flow and reduced costs.
Active participation in plant commissioning tasks and plant surveys.
Prepares scopes for laboratory and plant test work as required.
Complete daily and monthly metallurgical accounting duties as required.
