Manager for Aqua in Business Assurance Norway

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our aqua business with a team consisting of highly competent resources looking for growth blended with the unit’s day-to-day operations. Our aqua team holds a central position in our strategy. consists of highly competent and motivated auditors, Together, we will develop the team, the competence pool, our capacity, and our process to ensure even better audits for our customers and efficiency in our work processes. This role allows you to combine leadership with auditing tasks in the aqua and possible food & beverages segment, providing a diverse and rewarding work experience. The leader role requires a candidate with knowledge of and approval for certification audits in the aqua domain. The tasks can be divided into personnel management, support and collaboration towards back-office teams and Global Technical Hub (GTH) and audits.
