Key Missions

  • Manages BAU activities on assigned accounts
  • First point of contact for customers
  • Manages customer complaints and escalations
  • Builds customer intimacy at all applicable levels of customer organization
  • Develops a deep understanding of customers organization
  • Supports integration of new products or services
  • Oversees SLA adherence and contract compliance across accounts.
  • Leads service improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
  • Acts as escalation point and supports strategic customer engagement.
  • Supports strategic customer retention and growth planning.
  • Provides structured reporting and insights for Sales and leadership.
  • Ensures regional revenue delivery
