Job Description
General Responsibilities
Website & Search Optimization
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategies for traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive the research, planning, and execution of advanced search optimization strategies, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-driven search technologies.
- Enhance brand visibility across AI-powered and generative search platforms through effective on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Oversee technical SEO and AEO initiatives, including log file analysis, robot directives, structured data implementation, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Support marketing teams in adapting to evolving consumer behaviors influenced by agentic AI, ambient AI, and emerging digital technologies.
Social Media
- Lead the management and administration of all corporate social media channels and digital platforms.
- Track audience engagement, social media trends, and community growth to improve digital performance.
- Monitor online platforms for reputational issues and manage potential digital crisis situations proactively.
- Prepare regular analytics and performance reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain digital marketing policies, governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
