Job Description

  • Act as a customer advocate and consumer regulation subject matter expert, with a focus on existing and emerging investor protection regulation within Janus Henderson.
  • Support the embedding of good consumer outcomes and fair treatment of customers within the Client Group as well as across the wider business.
  • UK Customer Interests Committee - administrative support including meeting scheduling, board packs and minuting of meetings and collation of specific consumer reporting and management information.
  • UK regulated Board engagement for Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) – quarterly Board management information and reporting and Annual Consumer Duty Board reports.
  • Support representation of the Client Group (and customers) to other internal governance committees
  • Provide a centre of excellence for consumer testing, research, and feedback.
