Job Description
Summary of Position
The Document Specialist performs document screening and processing duties. This position fills document requests including brochures, documents, and community outreach related materials. The Document Specialist assists office staff as needed.
Essential Job Requirements
- Screens and processes documents when received
- Performs Paternity Verifications
- Responds and fulfills requests for documents, brochures, and other related information
- Administers outreach material mailings
- Performs reconciliation activities
- Serves as back up for Call Center, Data Entry and QA when needed
- Regular and timely attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education
High School diploma or GED
Required Experience
Minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred.
