Job Description
Summary of Position
The Admin/CSR is responsible for administrative duties for the office. This position assists as needed and serves as back up for other office positions. The Admin/CSR responds to requests, assists with customer issues, and provides information and assistance to customers and staff as needed.
Essential Job Requirements
- Responds to inquiries, assesses situation, and provides accurate information in a courteous, polite and professional manner
- Provides administrative/clerical assistance for office
- Serves as Community Outreach partner
- Assists Management team with special projects as needed
- Provides assistance with document specialist duties as needed
- Performs Quality Assurance (QA) procedures as needed
- Processes mail and faxes in a timely manner
- Maintains confidentiality and security of information.
- Regular and timely attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education
High School Diploma
Required Experience
Office experience preferred.
