Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all ingredients and final dishes are fresh and of high quality.
• Follow recipes accurately, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
• Cook a variety of foods by baking, grilling, steaming, and boiling.
• Present, garnish, and arrange dishes beautifully.
• Occasionally serve food to guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, handling utensils, equipment, and dishes properly.
• Store ingredients and food correctly.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently.
• Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients regularly.
• Monitor inventory levels at your station.
• Accommodate special requests from guests.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cook is required.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
