Maintain compliance documentation, records and program administration processes across multiple compliance domains
Support the administration of compliance tools and systems used by the Ethics and Compliance function
Support Compliance Managers and Compliance Experts by coordinating operational tasks, documentation and follow up actions related to compliance initiatives
Maintain the central overview of instructor led compliance training workshops globally, including tracking delivery and participation, and coordinate with HR Learning to ensure timely updates of compliance training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Assist the Compliance team in preparing governance reporting materials and case summaries for Compliance Committee and Regional Compliance Committees on a quarterly basis
