Job Description

Purpose and Mission

  • Responsible for managing a specific set of customers through distant interactions 

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Grows the business through remote prospect and lead management. 
  • Market Research: Build deep insights in the related market, customers, products and applications.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provides monthly forecasting and reporting and manages the budget.
  • Handling Basic customers scope
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Previous Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related roles

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
