Job Description
Purpose and Mission
- Responsible for managing a specific set of customers through distant interactions
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Business Development: Grows the business through remote prospect and lead management.
- Market Research: Build deep insights in the related market, customers, products and applications.
- Sales Forecasting: Provides monthly forecasting and reporting and manages the budget.
- Handling Basic customers scope
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Previous Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related roles
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
