Design, optimization, and implementation of interfaces between relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft) in close collaboration with internal and external service providers
Definition of requirements for the Customer Service & Logistics department and representation of these requirements in international projects (e.g. within the S/4HANA rollout)
Execution of acceptance tests as well as internal departmental trainings together with end users, and support with technical issues
