Job Description

  • Lead the transformation towards a customer‑centric commercial organization across all crops.
  • Define national sales objectives and action plans together with the Sales Team, based on performance analysis, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Own fiscal year sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting in close collaboration with the Regional Commercial Team.
  • Lead and develop cross‑crop sales, marketing, and product development teams, fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable customer partnerships, proactively addressing challenges to enhance loyalty and long‑term profitability.
  • Drive marketing strategies, campaigns, and pricing initiatives in alignment with sales objectives and brand positioning.
  • Establish and continuously develop a holistic customer relationship management approach (Salesforce.com).
  • Ensure a sustainable team structure, including talent development, succession planning, performance and compensation management, in close cooperation with HR.
  • Ensure full compliance with KWS headquarters guidelines, local regulations, and governance frameworks; act with integrity and transparency at all times.
  • Act as Managing Director and legal representative of the company, representing shareholder interests alongside fellow Managing Directors.
  • Support and contribute to local and global process improvement initiatives.
